Russian President Vladimir Putin announces he signed a decree approving an "updated" strategy for Russia's foreign policy.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov also said Friday that the new policy adopted by Putin identifies the West as posing an "existential" threat to Moscow.
