The Garrett girls basketball team is looking to build off an impressive 2019-20 season.
So while we still have over a month till we get to see some college basketball here in the hoosier state...the same cannot be said for high school hoops... earlier this week the girls basketball season officially tipped off...and one team to watch out for this year is the garrett railroaders...bob lapadot's squad took northeast indiana by storm last year, blazing their way to a 16-9 record and their first sectional title since 20-14...garrett's top four point getters from last year are back... including standout sophomore bailey kelham who averaged 16 points per contest...and that has the railroaders thinking big things this season... the 3 railroaders open their season up tomorrow against woodlan on the
