School districts continue to make their own decisions on whether or not to play - and today - good news for those in rome.

The rome city school district has approved all varsity and junior varsity fall sports to begin next week - except for football and competitive cheer - which will play in the fall two season in march.

The school has cancelled all sports at modified level in the fall - but again j-v and varsity are a go.

The black knights field ten fall sports programs - including football - cheerleading - field hockey - girls swimming - girls tennis - gymnastics and then cross country and soccer on both the boys and girls side.

The eight taking part this fall will begin practice on monday.
