Two weeks into the school year and the Enterprise Elementary School District is switching to in-person instruction.

New tonight, two weeks into the school year and the enterprise elementary school district is switching to in- person instruction.

Assistant superintendent "heather armelino (ar-mel- ino)" says over the next few weeks, the district will be steadily increasing the amount of students on campus... as well as how long they are on campus.

"armelino" says social distancing and the requirement of masks will be in place.

"for now, we will proceed with a level of caution where we maintain six feet of distance between students// this will be helpful if we do have a positive case because we would most likely not need to have anyone quarantined since there would be no close contact" if all goes well on campuses and the county risk remains low, "armelino" says the district will be able to move to "phase two" by late-september.

Phase two means more students can be added to a room on a particular day.

Director of health services "annie payne" says there have been rumors of two positive cases within the district.

"payne" says while they are waiting for the results of one case, the other has come back negative.
