High Court allows Rajasthan government doctor to run for polls, rejoin job if he loses

Dr. Deepak Ghogra, a gynecologist at a government hospital in Rajasthan, is running for office in the upcoming elections as a candidate for the Bharatiya Tribal Party. Despite the usual requirement for government doctors to retire before participating in politics, Ghogra has been granted permission to run while still retaining his job.
