Karnataka: Govt school teacher in Kalaburagi 'hires' lady to teach on his behalf

We've all heard about subcontracting of jobs and subletting of properties. But this one takes the cake. A teacher at a government primary school in Kalaburagi district reportedly 'hired' a lady to conduct classes on his behalf and was paying her a monthly fee of Rs 6,000 for her 'services'.
