Arnold's daughter is deteriorating from a zombie virus, forcing him to seek a cure from some pharmacies.
However, he has forgotten to mention that she has a 'zombie' virus; and this, coupled with an unfortunately-timed cough of his own, has given the pharmacists other ideas about what virus she has.
