The clear strategy for the President, Democrats, and the attack machinery in the entrenched Washington muckpile is to destroy the campaign of the guy with the funny hair with as much legal jeopardy as possible.

Seems like they got the judges they want, the jurisdictions they want, and all their initial ducks in a row, but as each misstep and future appeal beyond the total Democrat partisan level of the courts lie many landmines- some of which are already being triggered.
