Inside sliding leverage is a Jeet Kune Do technique that is more efficient than just a block because the strike in essence deflects your attacker's arched attack as it reaches it's target, in this case we used a self defense tool known as a open palm strike which made contact to JKD Sifu Raymond Bray's head.
It's just one of many unique body mechanics that distinguishes JKD from other systems. We meet only on Friday Nights for now, at 7p.m., beginning on FRIDAY, February 2nd, 2024, YEAR OF THE DRAGON!!!
