Honestly, I do believe that the tunnel they are currently chasing, which is 7.5 ft tall and runs under the Garden Shaft, is significant to the solving of this 227 year old mystery.
Soon Dumas Contracting Limited will be onsite and extending the Garden Shaft to 98'.
At this depth they should intersect the tunnel.
