300 people died from 9/11 issues in the past year.

The guy who made this happen (John Feal) , spent years going through red tape to build this memorial.
This was the 13th year of memorials.
He stated that they cannot keep up with the amount of people dying.
They plan to erect two more walls for the people who are sick today and may pass in the near future.
