North Korea’s Kim Jong Un and Russia’s Vladimir Putin recently met publicly to discuss their deepening relationship.
It’s a worrying notion for western allies of Ukraine as they have been worried North Korea might begin to supply weapons to Putin.
Now speculation is arising about what Russia might be providing North Korea.
