Russian President Vladimir Putin has made big claims about Ukraine's offensive.
Vladimir Putin has declared that Ukraine's counteroffensive stands 'no chance.' The Russian President said that Ukraine has almost run out of its own war materiel and is heavily reliant on deliveries from its western backers.
He also claimed that Kyiv had lost almost 200 tanks in the counteroffensive.
