Former Russian Economy Minister Andrei Nechayev used a four letter word to describethe current state of the country’s finances.

Nechayev was Russia’s finance minister from 1992-1993 and his comments came at the Ekaterinburg financial forum.

He blamed western sanctions over the war in Ukraine - and thinks, things are just getting worse.
