Hundreds of people paid their respects at the funeral of Elle Edwards on Wednesday morning.
The 26-year-old was fatally shot at a pub on Christmas Eve - she was not believed to be the intended target.
Revd Jeff Staples said "we're going to look beyond it, it's not going to destroy hope".
A 22-year-old man has been charged with murder and is due to go on trial in June.
