Andrei Kelin, Russian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, said Wednesday that Russia and Ukraine have drastically different potential as countries.
He suggested that Ukraine would become a catastrophe if it continues to sustain a prolonged war with Russia, subsisting on foreign support.
