Starmer 'pleased' govt has U-turned on debt plan publication

Sir Keir Starmer says he is "pleased" the chancellor has brought forward the publication of his debt plan to October 31st.

But the Labour leader says the government has caused "problems of its own making" and calls for a "reversal" of its "kamikaze mini-budget" and the introduction a windfall tax on oil and gas companies to pay for the energy price freeze.
