Storm Noru rips off roofs, uproots trees in Vietnam

Powerful storm Noru blew off roofs, billboards and uprooted trees as it hit central Vietnam, packing winds of up to 130 km/h.

The storm also caused a widespread blackout, affecting over one million households, local TV reported.
