Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer and shadow chancellor Rachel Reeves visit a home insulation project on a social housing development in Liverpool.
The visit included a house undergoing insulation work as well as a completed home.
The Labour Party's Annual Conference is currently taking place in the city.
