Chief Constable of Merseyside Police Serena Kennedy vows that Merseyside police "will not rest" until Olivia's killers "are put behind bars".
The nine-year-old was shot in her home in Liverpool and later died in hospital.
Police have appealed for anybody with information about the suspect to come forward.
