Nearly a week after Pakistan reported that an Indian supersonic flying object landed in the Pakistani city of Mian Channu, defence minister Rajnath Singh has responded to the incident in parliament saying that while India deeply regrets the misfiring, the country's missile system is very reliable and safe and a probe is underway.
