Repeat flooding victim: Three years ago it 'wasn't normal'

Bewdley resident David Hegarty describes how it "wasn't normal" for the small Worcestershire town on the banks of the River Severn to flood in the way it has three years ago but has been victim to higher and more frequent floods ever since.

He says "things are clearly different" and that some of his neighbours "haven't moved back" since the flood from two years ago.
