In this video I finish my read from the Schneer book on the Morganthau mission, and then go over my conclusions from this and the Jim & Gerry blog on the mission.
Ultimately the problem is that we are sourcing information from a Jewish source vs.
A Bircher (so secret society-obsessed and also JQ-denying) source, so we can't rely too heavily on either when it comes to a clearly Jewish operation which clearly involved Jewish interests.
Ultimately both takes place blame on the British government/elite more than the Jews involved, by spinning the "deception of Weizmann" and the Milner elite angles in the end.
But that allows both to avoid really tackling what happened in Gibralter between Morgenthau, Weizmann and, perhaps most importantly, Frankfurter.
