Monte Kiffin prepares for Bucs Ring of Honor Ceremony

Former defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin is the longest-tenured coach in Bucs franchise history (1996-2008).

This fall, he'll be the first assistant coach to go into the team's Ring of Honor at Raymond James Stadium.
