The drug regulator has done away with the requirement of India-specific trials, so now foreign vaccines approved by specific countries and WHO for emergency use will no longer need bridging trials in India; Delhi University will adjust its admission process to the extraordinary situation without compromising on merit, acting vice-chancellor P C Joshi said after the Class 12 board examinations were cancelled on Tuesday.
