Big Sean to Release Weekly Video Series Dedicated to Mental Health.
Big Sean and his mother, Myra Anderson, have teamed up to launch a wellness-centered video series.

The episodes will premiere every Saturday through the month of May, A.K.A.
Mental Health Awareness Month.

They will be posted to the website and Instagram page of Big Sean's non-profit, the Sean Anderson Foundation.
Each episode will be 10 to 15 minutes long and feature the mother-son duo discussing techniques to “attain and maintain emotional balance.” .
The offered techniques will revolve around everything from diet and exercise to meditation and sleep.

They will either be free or low-cost in order to increase accessibility for all.

I feel that Mental Health Awareness Month is the perfect time to talk with my mom about some of the things I have learned from her that have helped me along the way, and I hope will help others, Big Sean, via ‘Complex’.
