The most most schools in the area are now back to "in person learning".

However, some young students are having trouble making the transition back.

News 10's hannah follman has more on the difficult change for all.

[take pkg duration:0:50] pk} although this is exciting for many students, others are struggling with the transition from the screen to the classroom according to experts at mental health america... in the past year...youth mental health is getting worse.

Locally, experts believe there will be a rise in children seeking treatment as they go back to the classroom.

During this past year, experts at the hamilton center saw a decrease in young people seeking treatment.... however..

This is likely because at school there are more adults seeing warning signs of anixety and depression.

"as we start to see children go back into the school setting we are going to see a spike in those adolesense that are going to need services."
