Flash flood swamp village after heavy rain in the Philippines
Shocking footage shows flash flood gushing across a rice field as terrified residents watched on in the Philippines.
Lorisel Longos, who lives nearby checked their crops with her family as the water flowed through their village in South Cotabato province on February 16.
She said: ‘We have not even harvested the crops and now they are damaged.
I hope we could still save some of it when the water is gone.’ The heavy rains in the southern part of the country were caused by a weather front.
