East Lansing health order violation fine reinstated; previous fine accidentally allowed to expire

The East Lansing city council reinstated a $500 fine for violating health orders.

The previous fine that expired Dec.

31 was accidentally allow.

The East Lansing police department says this has made the city much quieter.
