Illinois mayor blames Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx for 12-year-old girl’s death by alleged drunk driver

The Oak Lawn community is in shock after 12-year-old Cire Robinson was killed in a crash last week by an alleged drunk driver.

Police said at the wheel was Daniel Regalado, of Chicago, who is out on bail for three previous felonies.
