119th Assembly candidates debate

Assemblywoman Marianne Buttenschon and Republican opponent, John Zielinski, debated the issues on WUTQ radio Wednesday.

The 119th assembly district.

Marianne buttenschon and john zielinski fielded questions concerning bail reform, utica's downtown hospital, economic development, and state funding to name a few.

Each candidate was given time to respond to the questions, and a thirty second rebuttal.

While both candidates feel the pandemic is presenting a number of challenges in many topics of discussion, they did stop to give their views on what they feel is the biggest concerns facing their local constituents.
