Abdullapurmet Police in Telangana's Rachakonda pulled out a car stuck in overflowing water with the help of a JCB machine on October 17.
There were two passengers in the car, who have been rescued safely.
Parts of Hyderabad are witnessing heavy rainfall.
This led to severe waterlogging in the city.
Huge amount of water was collected under the Falaknuma Bridge in Hyderabad.
