Rome Mayor Jacqueline Izzo has released guidance for trick-or-treating in the city of Rome this year amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Last month, governor cuomo opened the door for trick-or- treaters throughout the state, announcing that families can still go door to door collecting candy on halloween night, as long as they do it safely.
