I WANT TO SHOW YOU SOMETHINGHERE REALLY QUICK HERE.TAKE A LOOK AT BOWMAN FIELDBEHIND ME A SIGHT FOR SORE EYESCOLLEGE KIDS OUT HERE ENJOYINGTHEIR TIME ON CAMPUS WEARING AMASK AND BEING SOCIALLY DISTANTWHERE THEY NEED TO BE.IT LOOKS LIKE A NORMAL DAY HEREON A COLLEGE CAMPUS, BUTUNFORTUNATELY AFTER SPEAKINGWITH SOME COLLEGE KIDS ACROSSTHE STATE TODAY.I’VE LEARNED LOOKS CAN BEDECEIVING.A COUPLE OF WEEKS INTO THE FALLSEMESTER AND THE CHANGES FROMTHE PANDEMIC ALREADY TAKING ATOLL ON COLLEGE STUDENTS AROUNDTHE STATE.IT’S JUST SOMETHING NEW F ALLOF US WERE ALSO LEARNING HERE ATCLEMSON SENIOR RENTALS.BIG LOAD SAYS LOSING IN-PERSONCLASSES WAS AN EXPECTED ASPECTOF THE PANDEMI PANDEMIC BUT ITHASN’T MADE ACADEMICS ANY ITORIGINALLY STARTED THE SUMMER ISA LOT OF WRESTLERS TOLD US WE’DBE IN PERSON WHEN THAT BECAMEAVAILABLE, BUT AS WE COME DOWNCLOSER TO THE DATE A LOT OF MYPROFESSORS HAVE START TO THEONLINE CLASS IT DOWN IN THEMIDLANDS.THE SEMESTER THE OTHER DAY USCGRAD STUDENT ADRIAN WORKMEN SAYSBECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC HISSOCIAL INTERACTION HAS SCREECHTO A HAL ALL OF HIS CLASSES WHODON’T LINE AS WELL.MY CLASSES ARE NOT.BASICALLY BE SO I NORMALLYJUST STAY.MY APARTME COMPLEX AND ALL THEWAY OVER IN CONWAY FOR MEPERSONALLY.IT’S BEEN VERY TOUGH.JUST JUST THE LACK OF SOCIAL.COASTAL CAROLINA JUNIOR AMELIA.LIMONE IS EXPERIENCING THIS SAMEVERY DIFFERENT.THEY DON’T HAVE THAT.NECESSARY LI CONTACT SO IT’SVERY LONELY AND MANY WAYS STILLLOTS OF SEMESTER TO GO THESESTUDENTS.JUST LOOKING TO STAY HAPPY ANDSAFE MAKE IT THROUGH.NOW IN RESPONSE TO THESEFEELINGS OF ISOLATION ANDACADEMIC DISCONNECT CLEMSONUNIVERSITY RELEASED THISSTATEMENT TO WYFF NEWS 4 WANT TOGO AHEAD AND READ IT FOR YOUGUYS RIGHT NOW.WE KNOW THIS WASN’T ANEXPERIENCE THAT WE WERE ALLHOPING FOR BUT WE’RE MAKING THEBEST OUT OF IT OR PROFESSORS ANDSTAFF ARE COMMITTED TO ENSURINGTHE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE FORTHE CLEMSON COMMUNITY THIS YEARWHILE KEEPING SAFETY IN THEFOREFRONT AND ALL THREE OF THOSESTUDENTS.YOU JUST HEARD FRO A SHORTWHILE AGO ALL AGREE.THEY DO BELIEVE THAT THEUNIVERSITY IS RIGHT NOW AREDOING THE BEST THEY CAN FOR NOW.WE ARE LIVE
