As the outrage over the Hathras gangrape-murder mounts, family member of the Hathras gang rapevictim has alleged they are being stopped from speaking to media as the administration has imposed a ban on large gatherings in their village.
On Friday morning, a minor from the victim's family was sent to reach out to the media.
The minor said they were asked to switch off their mobiles, some mobiles were being taken from them and are being threatened.
As he was speaking to the reporters, soon a police officer came and he escaped from the spot.
Hathras victim died in Delhi's Safdarjung hospital.
The post-mortem report says the victim suffered a fracture of cervical vertebra but the postmortem report denies gangrape charges.
