I am rental Stone and I'm asking for your vote for Chico city council my wife and I live in Chico for over 25 years were raising our two boys Reese and Kardon in District 5 these are trying times for our community and our nation thankfully the city of Chico was prepared for the fiscal impact of these triple disasters and I'm proud of the leadership and evidence-based Solutions we've been permitted on the Chico city council as I hired nine new police officers and paid for them in 2018 I worked to clean up and restrict needles by working on a Redemption return of used needles representing the Sacramento Valley on the board of directors of the league of California cities I work directly with other California Mayors and the governor to ensure Sacramento does not ignore our needs in this agricultural Community with the league we co-sponsored 250 million dollars in affordable housing with a sizable investment for Chico and Butte County the last year I push to ban Roundup in all of our city operations from downtown dining parklets to helping Jail inmates use their time by assisting the city and clean up efforts to legalizing alcohol sales and cannabis to creating the warming and cooling center so desperately needed during these Cove in complicated fire Seasons I will continue to work hard for you in District 5 and I've already been addressing pedestrian safety and lighting for the past number of years and that every effort is demonstrated in our district but we've got more work to do and I need your help to ensure special interest do not take over and exploit our beautiful city please vote for me for Chico city council
