De Blasio's Dysfunctional Administration

A new report in the NY Post has shed new light on the disfunction inside NY Mayor Bill de Blasio's beleaguered administration.

The report cited an incident centering around the de Blasio's celebration of centennial of women's suffrage.

A white staffer apparently sparked bitter race row after telling black colleague it was 'negging' and 'confrontational' to bring up race in the suffrage conversation.

De Blasio's social media manager took issue over the words the mayor would use to commemorate the centennial.

The social media manager said the briefing should explicitly say only white women gained voting rights She also argued that saying 'women of color' instead of 'black women' was an issue.

Insiders said this was just an example of infighting, back biting, and disorganized messaging in the administration.
