22-year-old Carter Lawrence appeared in the Town of Webb court on Saturday.

Lawrence posted $25,000 bail and is charged with driving a boat while intoxicated and vehicular assault.

Charges he has plead not guilty to.

In the town of webb court this afternoon.

Lawrence is accused of driving a ski boat while intoxicated and crashing into a pontoon boat on fourth lake, injuring four people..three critically.

22 year old carter lawrence appeared in the town of webb court with his lawyer i was not allowed to record the proceedings, but inside lawrence spoke with the judge regarding their next court date.

Lawerence is accused of crashing a ski boat into a pontoon boat on 4th lake.

The pontoon boat was carrying 5 people includiding 2 6 year old kids.

Both of those kids including an elderly male are currently in serious condition at upstate medical center in syracuse.

Lawrence is currently out on 25 thousand dollars bail.

Herkimer county district attorney will be discussing with lawerence's attorney about the next course of action.> investigators will be looking into whether or not any of the boats had their night time lights on at the time of the crash the d.a says the victim's condition will ultimately determine their next course of action.

Lawerence is due back in court on december 8th.
