The Marshall County Sheriff's Office confirmed that Ronald Latimer was arrested by Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Marine Police.

We'll return to the coronavirus shortly -- but we want to first let you know about an arrest overnight -- of the interim scottsboro police chief.

Ronald latimer was arrested by alabama marine police and booked into the marshall county jail around 10:45 saturday night.

He was charged with operating a vessel under the influence.

The marshall county sheriff's office said he was released on a 15-hundred dollar bond this morning.
