Governor and secretary of state involving the election this november.

They say the focus was giving voters options to safely cast their votes.... improving more in-person voting locations, and getting election results faster.

In the plan... any kentuckians can request a ballot by mail.

An online portal will launch within the week to allow voters to request a ballot by mail.

Drop boxes will also be available and.... beginning three weeks before the election, every county clerk will provide a location for every work day and every saturday for four hours for people to cast their votes in person.
