Organizers of ceasefire weekend in Baltimore describes it as a "success" despite shootings that left two people dead Saturday.

THE 3RD ANNIVERSARY OFCEASEFIRE WEEKEND AFTER TWOPEOPLE WERE KILLED IN THE CITYON SATURDAY.
