Occurred on July 6, 2020 / Venus, Texas, USAInfo from Licensor: "Me and my friend Isaiah were coming home from a trip to the lake, and while entering the neighborhood, we noticed the power line that goes through the neighborhood had one line that had fallen into a small pond in one of the neighbors yard.
So we drove up the road a bit looking for where the power line was down and we found it."
