A local movie theater owner is calling on Governor Larry Hogan to allow him to reopen, arguing it would be as safe as other businesses that have already been given the green light to open their doors.

THEYBEEN SHUT DOWN FOR THE PASTTHREE MONTHS BECAUSE OF THEPANDEMIC.
