Witness recalls deadly crash, robbery suspect killed

According to Tehama County Sheriff's Office, Jacob Gabriel led police on a high-speed chase reaching up to 100 miles-per-hour on June 30.

I wasn't sure if he had a blowout or he might have hit a rail somewhere but then he started skidding sideways and then went into a flip - like about 10 flips and landed in a ditch.

It was just so surreal you know."
