As summer approaches he knows more people will flock to the outdoors.

But he also wants everyone to know the risks.

We spent about 15 minutes with governor mcmaster here at the state house sharing with us his concerns as the state slowly reopens.

While the number of coronavirus cases is slowing down the governor doesn't want people to get complacent.

With beaches nearly bursting at the seams last weekend he knows the upcoming holiday weekend will be a test of patience for visitor and local authorities.
