Even though he shut down his business& gary lewis says he knows dozens of guides who are still operating& despite the executive order.?there are a lot of newer guides out there and theye just bought a 60,000-dollar boat.

They gotta make payments on that and interest?

Randy henry from the oregon state marine board says guides are more than welcome to run their business& as long as guides follow social distacing rules on their boats.

Phoner randy henry:?if somebody could get to the water and they could maintain social distancing, per the executive order, we didn see us prohibiting that activity?

Henry says people should consider scheduling a guide closer to home and restrict it to only family members.

He says it reduces the risk of spread.

Evita: the oregon department of fish and wildlife will re-open fishing and hunting to non-residents starting tomorrow.
