Live downtown isn't nearly as busy as it would normally be on a nice day like today... but as we get closer to reopening our economy?

And having these streets filled with people once again?

Employers are learning about new risks they haven't had to worry about before.

Rochester area chamber of commerce held a webinar with employment lawyers today... who told business owners there are three things they need to focus on to avoid any liabilities while getting back to work.

The first is following government regulations: specifically?

Enact social distancing and creating a reopening plan.

The second is to accomodate your employees by providing accomodations to those who are at higher risks for covi?19 due to preexisting conditions.

Third is enforcing policies that protect third parties... things like screening employees and customers.xxx "you know you want to have a safe workplace if people come to work and they get sick at work, you are going to get shut down again, you don't want to get shut down once you get up and going again, do the best you can to comply, chances are your employees will stay healthy and you'll be able to stay at work."
