This morning i'm in lincoln county, tennessee where restaurants are allowed to reopen their dining rooms today.
But across the state line-- business owners are waiting for governor ivey to announce how the state will reopen.
Tomorrow governor kay ivey is expected to meet with the state health officer to review recommendation s for reopening the economy before the order expires on thursday.
Many businesses in huntsville already have a plan in place on how they intend to keep staff and customers safe.
