Speaking of tennessee -- some counties will begin reopening restaurants before the state's safter at home order expires.

I'm in downtown fayetteville this morning where a few restaurants will begin to reopen.

I talked to one of them who told me he supports the economy reopening.

Starting today -- restaurants in 89 of tennessee's 95 counties will be allowed to reopen at 50 percent capacity.

This is the first step in governor bill lee's pledge to safely get the economy back up and running.

Market street grill owner rick carnevale is ready to reopen his dining room -- but the health and safety of his staff and customers is most important.

Carnevale did have to let some staff members go since he was not being able to operate at full capacity.
