Have any owensboro public school employees or students been affected?
School closures in kentucky have been extended more than once now.
Right now teaching is all being done online?
Through*virtual learning.
With thousands of students now learning from home...this likely comes with a few challenges?
What are some of those challenges?
How are teachers trying to make this transition a little bit more manageable for students?
Do you forsee a situation where students and teachers will return to finish out this school year?
Students were probably thinking this was real cool when it first happened?
School's out... but you have to think about missed opportunities as well.
Seniors not getting to participate in events like spring prom?
Even graduation.
What's your message to students who are going to miss out on some of these major milestones?
